1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the tryoncam Chrome extension, the website at tryoncam.com and any related services (together, "tryoncam" or the "Service"), operated by Blucash ("we", "us", "our").

By installing the extension, creating an account, buying credits or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use tryoncam

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and buy credits. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use tryoncam only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. tryoncam is not intended for children under 13.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Tell us promptly at support@tryoncam.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

One person may hold one account. Accounts, and the credits in them, are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

4. What tryoncam does

tryoncam uses artificial intelligence to render a garment you choose onto a live video of you, captured by your device's camera, in real time. It is a visual preview.

• It does not measure your body and does not tell you what size to buy. Always check the retailer's size guide.
• AI-generated output can be inaccurate. Colours, fit, fabric, drape, print placement and proportions may differ from the real garment.
• Results depend on your camera, lighting, connection speed and the quality of the product image.
• We may add, change or remove features, supported garment types or supported websites at any time.

5. Credits and payment

How credits work

• One credit starts one live try-on session of up to 15 seconds. You may swap between garments within a session at no extra cost.
• A credit is used when the live video starts. If a session fails to start because of an error on our side, the credit is not used or is returned to your account.
• New accounts receive free credits as described on our website at the time you sign up. We may change or end free-credit offers at any time.
• Paid credits do not expire while your account remains open and in good standing.

Buying credits

• Credits are sold in one-time packs at the prices shown when you buy. They are not a subscription and do not renew automatically.
• Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on where you live; any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
• Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• We may change credit prices at any time. Changes do not affect credits you have already bought.

What credits are not

Credits are a prepaid licence to use the Service. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, are not property, and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to another account.

6. Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for credits, whether used or unused, except where the law requires it or as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where you are entitled by law to a cooling-off or withdrawal period for digital content, you expressly agree that the credits are supplied immediately upon purchase and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the credits have been added to your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service on any person other than yourself unless that person has given their consent, and never on a minor unless you are their parent or legal guardian;
• point the camera at, or try to generate, nudity, sexual content, or content that is violent, hateful, harassing or illegal;
• use the Service to impersonate anyone, or to create misleading or deceptive images of a real person;
• record, redistribute or commercially exploit output in a way that infringes anyone's rights, including the retailer's rights in its product images;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of the extension or our services, except as the law expressly permits;
• interfere with, overload or try to bypass the Service's security, usage limits or credit system, including by automated means;
• resell, sublicense or provide the Service to others as part of your own product.

8. Third-party stores and websites

tryoncam works on websites that we do not own or control. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for any retailer or website on which you use it, or for their products, prices, stock, shipping or returns. Any purchase you make is between you and that retailer. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners.

9. Your content and ours

Your content. The camera video you stream and any images you drag in remain yours. You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process them solely to provide the try-on you asked for. See the Privacy Policy for how that video is handled.

Our content. The extension, website, software, design, text and branding are owned by Blucash or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension for your own non-commercial use, in line with these Terms.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or work on every website, device or garment.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blucash will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, including any loss arising from a purchase you made from a third-party store after using tryoncam.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using tryoncam at any time by uninstalling the extension, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@tryoncam.com. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is deleted and are not refunded.

We may suspend or close your account, without refund, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your use puts others or the Service at risk. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the extension. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country / state where Blucash is registered], and the courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
