Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

All purchases of tryoncam credits are final. Once a purchase is complete and the credits are added to your account, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or store credit, whether the credits are used, partly used or unused.

By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

2. Why we work this way

Credits are delivered to your account the moment you pay, and every second of a live try-on runs on paid AI video processing that we cannot recover afterwards. Instead of refunds, we give every new account free credits, so you can see exactly what you are buying on your own camera, on the stores you actually shop at, before spending any money.

3. What is not refundable

We do not refund or credit purchases for any of these reasons:

• You changed your mind, or bought more credits than you ended up using.
• You did not like how a garment looked, or the result was not as accurate as you hoped. tryoncam is a visual preview and AI output varies.
• You bought clothes from a store after using tryoncam and later returned them, or they did not fit. tryoncam is not a sizing tool, and store purchases are between you and the retailer.
• A particular website, garment or product image did not work with tryoncam.
• Your camera, browser, device or internet connection did not meet the requirements.
• You uninstalled the extension, stopped using it, or deleted your account with credits remaining.
• Your account was suspended or closed for breaching our Terms.

4. What we will put right

A no-refunds policy does not mean billing mistakes stand. We will fix these, by refunding the payment to your original payment method or restoring credits, whichever fits:

• Duplicate charges: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Credits not delivered: you were charged but the credits never appeared in your account, and we cannot deliver them.
• Unauthorised purchases: a purchase was made on your account without your permission and you report it promptly.

Please contact us within 30 days of the charge so we can investigate.

5. Sessions that fail

A credit is only used when your live video actually starts. If a session fails to start because of an error on our side, no credit is taken, or it is returned to your account automatically. If a session breaks down partway through because of a fault on our side, email us and we will restore the credit. These are returned as credits, not cash.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. Where you would otherwise have a right to cancel a digital purchase within a cooling-off period, you agree at checkout that credits are supplied immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right once they are added to your account.

7. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first. We can usually resolve it faster than your bank. If you file a chargeback for a valid purchase, we may suspend your account and remove the related credits while the dispute is open.

8. How to contact us

Email support@tryoncam.com from the address on your tryoncam account, with the date and amount of the charge and your payment receipt or reference. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
